We charge $250 for the first hour, $125 for each additional hour this includes ALL labor aspects of the project from bagging, packing, sorting, even disinfecting, carpet removal and more.-
We do have a one time $350 biohazard fee if biohazard waste is involved. no biohazard? no fee.

We charge a metric rate to keep prices as fair as possible for the customer based on the size and complexity of the actual job.
We will send our team out to load everything up and help with bagging, packing, disposal coordination, storage, and disinfecting or deep cleaning if needed. We charge $250 for the first hour and $125 for each additional hour. This includes all labor for the project.
Haul away and disposal are billed separately due to dump fees. We use a 16 cubic yard dump trailer. To put that in perspective, it holds about 16 standard washing machines worth of debris or garbage. We charge $190 for a quarter load and $425 for a half load. If you do not have a true half load, we are NOT going to charge you that. We will simply charge the median between the two, which is $311. Three quarter load is $560, full load is $690. We have median prices between those as well at $490 and $625.
If biohazard is involved, we do have a one time $350 biohazard fee. If there is no biohazard, there is no fee.
We also offer in house financing if you are on a budget. We can do the work up front and you can spread the payments over 4 months with no interest, or up to 24 months, with plans as low as $12 per month.
Please keep in mind we require payment immediately upon completion of the job, or at the end of each day on multi day projects. A card on file is required. If you need financing, let us know and we can send an approval link in advance before the job starts, so you can select your plan.
